Saturday, August 30 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sunday, August 31 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM
Please enter the park via Butler Street. Butler Street is accessible from Pete Rose Way between the Montgomery Inn Banquet Facility (not the restaurant) and the Purple People Bridge.
IF YOU HAVE A LARGE ITEM, NEED ELECTRIC, OR NEED SPECIAL HELP WITH A DISPLAY, YOU MUST COME ON FRIDAY OR SATURDAY TO SET UP. Security will be provided in the park Friday over-night and from Saturday evening to Sunday morning.
*ALL CARS MUST BE OFF THE GROUNDS BY 10:30 AM ON SUNDAY *
The Cincinnati Police Department will make a sweep of the park, and require that all vehicles not being used for display be removed from the park. Vehicles to be displayed must be approved and confirmed by August 25. Please plan to arrive early on Sunday in order to beat the last-minute rush of suppliers, vendors and sponsors.
Electric:
IMPORTANT! You must notify us ahead of time if your booth has electrical and/or special needs. Make sure you remember to bring necessary items like extension cords, tape, rope or any other items that you may need during the day. You must arrive to set up your equipment and/or display on Friday before 1 PM or Saturday before 12 noon if your display requires electric. There will be an electrician on-site on Friday and Saturday during limited hours to help troubleshoot any issues; no one will be able to assist on Sunday.
Other Needs:
If your booth requires access to water, make sure to bring a hose.
Event Tear-Down:
After the Fireworks, Riverfest will be officially over. Vehicles may ONLY enter the site after crowds have been cleared and clearance has been received from the Cincinnati Police. A WEBN event staff member will notify you, approximately 11PM, for clearance.
