Welcome to the 2013 Food Vendor Web Site. This is a convenient way for food vendors to apply for a space to serve food and desserts at the 2013 P&G Riverfest!!

Hawaiian Five-OH has obtained the contractual rights to subcontract all of the food privileges for Cincinnati Bell WEBN Fireworks and Riverfest for Clear Channel Events which will take place at the Sawyer's Point Cincinnati Riverfront on September 2, 2012.
It is estimated that 500,000 people in the Southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky attend this event.
This purpose of this web site is to distribute information to vendors and prospective vendors about the largest Cincinnati event of the year. For food vending information contact:

If you wish to apply please download and complete the vendor application and mail along with pictures of your setup. Make sure you download and read and understand the Terms of Agreement. I will contact you by return email if your application will be approved at which time you can mail your entry fee.

Please note: To avoid potential
problems you are encouraged to contact the Health Department as early as
possible when planning a special event or to participate as a food vendor at
an event. If you do not have an Ohio Mobile health license, you must obtain
1 at least 10 days prior to event.
